1 Pre-Event Meeting to discuss wedding day details
Venue meeting 2-4 weeks before the wedding
Full timeline and floor plan development
30 Minute Rehearsal
Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times
Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required
Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline
Coordinate during entire venue rental period

Full set up and tear down (this does not include the decor itself or florals)
Linen placement on all tables and bag them accordingly at the end of the night
Assitance with seating chart and table numbering
Tend to all bridal party needs 1 hour before the ceremony (putting on boutonnieres, corsages, passing out bouquets, etc.)
Assist with clean up to venue’s standards
Pack up all personal items and wedding decor into appropriate vehicles at the end of the evening
Pack up all overnight bags for bride and groom and place them in the getaway vehicle
